In mid-October, 2021, a wonderful woman named Carolyn Beidler reached out to me. She was enjoying my recovery memoir, Sober Mercies, and wanted to interview me. I quickly realized that she didn’t know about the tragedy related to Noah. After learning the truth, she still wanted to proceed. The focus here is on my recovery from alcoholism, but TRIGGER warning: I do talk briefly about the shooting my son committed. I’m finally in a place now where I would love to do more interviews or podcasts like this.
